Hannah Danks
Hannah is an analyst in the M&A team, having joined the firm in 2022. Hannah has worked on a range of transactions across a broad array of industries, providing valuation, transaction and M&A advisory services.
Recent notable transactions include:
- Advised Sentient Vision Systems on their divestment to global defence technology company Shield AI
- Advised Prestige Inhome Care on its growth capital investment from Yorkway Private
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Languages (Chinese-Mandarin) from The University of Melbourne.
Outside of work, Hannah is a keen member of the sailing community; she has competed for her university and sailing club in national and international competitions. Hannah holds a deep interest in art and loves to travel when she can.
