Comms Group (ASX:CCG) Raises $6.25m via Placement

Henslow is pleased to have acted as M&A Advisor to Comms Group (ASX:CCG) on the acquisition of Next Telecom and Corporate Advisor and Lead Manager to the related $6.25m placement. Next Telecom is a compelling strategic acquisition and adds scale to Comms Group’s existing business. The Placement was well supported by a broad range of Australia’s leading small cap institutional investors.

The acquisition is subject to shareholder approval and expected to close in January 2021.
