Strikeforce AMC has been leading provider in merchandising, sales and brand activation across all major retailers and independents for 48 years. Blueprint offered Strikeforce the opportunity to increase its digital and insights capability substantially, to become a huge force in the retail sector. Henslow was able to assist Strikeforce in assessing the opportunity and value for the target, successfully negotiated with Navis Capital to achieve significantly below the initial offer.

We ran a competitive process for the corporate advisory requirements for this transaction and chose Henslow due to their ability to understand the mid-market and the needs of privately owned businesses.
