Advised the owners of The Body Shop Australia (TBSA) in their divestment to L'Oreal International.

Henslow worked with TBSA executive management to develop a comprehensive turnaround plan that included short-term profit gains and long-term initiatives for growth. We realigned the business structure to support a new, more lean operating model, redesigned financial management practices and refocused the supply chain, product and property portfolios. When the critical strategic intervention period was completed, Henslow represented TBSA on its exit to L’Oreal International.
