Zamira raises $7.0m to fund Companion Animal growth initiatives and further strengthen its balance sheet

Henslow is pleased to announce that we have successfully assisted Zamira in raising $7.0m. The raise was oversubscribed and strongly supported by existing shareholders and new HNW investors.

Zamira is an Australian animal health brand whose mission is to improve health, wellbeing and productivity of animals across the world. They are favourably positioned as a premium brand with localized understanding and expertise – a trusted and strong Australian brand identity amongst their international competitors.

The Companion Animal range is Zamira’s new line of Australian made premium supplements for pets. Formulated by Australian vets, using ethically sourced ingredients, ZamiPet helps support digestive and immune function, maintain vitality, joint health, cognitive function, skin, coat and nails as well as helping support the reduction of stress, tension and anxiety in dogs.
