Alcidion (ASX:ALC) acquires the Kyra flow products from Telstra Health
Henslow is pleased to have acted as the corporate advisor to Alcidion Group Ltd (ASX:ALC) on the acquisition of the business and assets of the Kyra flow products from Telstra Health.
The Kyra flow products are a proprietary suite of digital solutions that address patient flow and data access challenges across hospital inpatient and outpatient settings in Australia and New Zealand.
This is a highly strategic acquisition for Alcidion, expanding their Australian presence (particularly in Qld) and adding 33 long-standing public and private customers. The Kyra flow business is forecast to deliver FY26 revenue of approximately $3.7m (90%+ recurring) with underlying EBITDA of approximately $1.1m.
The upfront cash purchase price is $3m with an earn-out of up to $1.0m subject to achieving various recurring revenue thresholds over the next 12 months. The upfront purchase price represents a 2.7x EBITDA multiple and is immediately earnings accretive to Alcidion. The purchase price will be funded from available cash on hand.
This is the third acquisition Henslow has advised Alcidion on over the past 5 years.
The successful transaction provides a further example of Henslow’s ability to partner with growth companies and provide combined and complementary M&A and equity capital markets (ECM) services.
This transaction further adds to Henslow’s strong track record in the healthcare and technology sectors advising several clients on their M&A search and growth ambitions.
