Atomos completes oversubscribed $10m Placement to accelerate growth strategy

We are proud to announce that we have recently acted as Joint Lead Manager with Morgans Corporate on the successful completion of a $10.9 million Institutional placement for Atomos. The Placement was oversubscribed with very strong support from institutional and sophisticated investors. Atomos will also be launching a Share Purchase Plan (‘SPP’) to raise approximately $1.7 million later this month.
The funds raised will be used to accelerate development of new products to address the emerging online streaming opportunity and to strengthen the balance sheet.

New opportunities post COVID-19
In addition to the Company’s existing product focus, there is a new and accelerating opportunity for live online streaming. In response to this significant opportunity, Atomos has identified a number of new products and add-ons to existing products that it has now incorporated in their R&D roadmap. Atomos intends to have these product expansions executed as quickly as possible.
