Launched in October 2016, Definitiv is an agile and user-friendly platform that supports over 130 organisations and manages over $600 million in transactions. The award-winning Definitiv platform is designed by Australian payroll and HR experts and provides a fully integrated payroll and HR management solution. The investment in Definitiv enables BoardRoom to extend its existing payroll and employee equity plan service offering.
