CML Group $13.0 Institutional Placement
Henslow is pleased to have acted as corporate advisor and lead manager to the recent placement for CML Group (ASX:CGR). Operating under the name Cashflow Finance, CML’s primary service is ‘invoice factoring’ or ‘debtor finance’.
Henslow assisted CML in the successful raise of $13m through a placement of 26 million fully paid ordinary shares. The funds raised through the placement will be used to strengthen the balance sheet post acquisition and position the company for future growth opportunities.
