Henslow advises Pressure Right on its divestment to Pumps United

Henslow is pleased to have advised the vendor of Pressure Right on their divestment to Pumps United, a portfolio company of M.H. Carnegie & Co.

Pressure Right is a specialist provider of managed pump and dewatering solutions for the civil and construction industries in Australia. Its core services consist of site dewatering, flow management (sewer bypass), and environmental solutions (water treatment).

Pumps United is a portfolio company of M.H. Carnegie & Co. and is led by a team of industry veterans.  With M.H. Carnegie & Co.’s support, Pumps United has consolidated the expertise of several specialist companies including Mobile Dewatering, Vortex Hire, Prestige Pump Rentals, MDW Pump Rentals QLD and MDW Environmental Services. The acquisition of Pressure Right will allow Pumps United to expand its footprint across the East Coast and set the standard in water management solutions, nationwide.

Henslow ran a competitive sale process, managing interest from a number of parties that ultimately resulted in a successful outcome for the vendor.
