InternMatch, a world-leading internship community has successfully raised $10m via private placement

Henslow is pleased to have acted as Corporate Advisor and Lead Manager to InternMatch, an Edutech platform connecting universities and graduates with internship opportunities around the world, on their recent $10m capital raise.

InternMatch is a Melbourne based, private company, that is set to disrupt the EduTech sector through its proprietary platform that connects universities and graduates with internship opportunities around the world. The Company aims to transform employability outcomes for skilled individuals and businesses through its world-leading technology platform which has won multiple awards and was one of the major drivers behind their appointment as primary delivery partner to the Victorian Government’s Digital Jobs Program.

The capital raised will be used to help accelerate the Company’s growth strategy as it continues to add scale and enter new geographies, including technology development, global business development, key staff hires and marketing.

The transaction adds to Henslow’s strong track record in the technology and education space as well as navigating founder-owned businesses through capital markets to help unlock future growth. This is the first capital raise that Henslow has conducted for InternMatch and we look forward to partnering with the Company as they become a market leader in the Edtech sector.
