Melbourne’s Henslow picks up Sydney boutique

Melbourne-based corporate adviser Henslow is merging with Sydney-based boutique Baron, in a move which will see it pick up an affiliation with mid-market global M&A adviser Oaklins.

Street Talk understands the deal will see Baron dealmakers Stephen Chapman, who is also deputy chairman at Blackmores, and Paul Young join Henslow as managing directors, putting them alongside Henslow’s Justin Lewis, Scott McInnes, Chris Tait and Ryan Whitelegg.
