OneStep announces merger with leading independent Australian Cyber Security expert, ES2

Henslow is pleased to have acted as Joint Corporate Advisor, alongside Tooronga Advisory, to OneStep Group on its merger with ES2. The merger brings together one of Australia’s leading independent Cyber Security firms with OneStep’s deep expertise in networks, mobile and unified communications.

This transaction strengthens the groups position as a leading global provider of integrated IT solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers spanning the industry verticals of retail, supply chain, mining, construction, and a range of government agencies.

The merger with ES2 will provide a completely new service offering to the existing OneStep client group at a time when cyber security solutions are becoming critical considerations for boards and management teams globally. ES2 is a leading independent cyber security and Microsoft-based solutions provider based out of Perth, with a strong focus on serving government customers.

Henslow has a strong, ongoing relationship with OneStep.  Henslow and Tooronga Advisory assisted OneStep to engage with ES2 as a merger candidate, helping them develop an offer and coordinating the merger process to result in a successful outcome for both parties. As part of the transaction Henslow and Tooronga were able to secure a new financing facility. The transaction adds to Henslow’s track record of providing ongoing advice to businesses as they develop through their lifecycle.
