Adam Dellaway
Adam has over 20 years of investment markets experience gained from roles in institutional stockbroking and funds management, including institutional research, sales trading and buy side equities dealing.
Adam has established long term relationships with some of Australia’s leading fund managers and enjoys working with emerging listed micro and small cap companies across a range of industries.
Recent notable transaction include:
- Facilitated a block trade selldown of Blue Sky’s 10% holding of Assisted with the Alcidion (ASX:ALC) and assisted ALC with a $16.0m placement.
- Assisted Atomos (ASX:AMS) with several capital raises, totalling $50.0m to fund organic growth and the acquisition of Time Code Systems.
- Provided CML Group (ASX:CGR) with investor relations support and assisted with capital raises totalling $13.0m.
Prior to joining Henslow, Adam previously worked at Contango Asset Management (ASX:CGA) as a senior dealer and analyst. Before this, he worked at Wilsons for over 16 years’ as an institutional advisor.
Adam has a Bachelor of International Business from Queensland University of Technology and Graduate Diploma of applied finance.
