Adam Pate
Adam is a Director with Henslow where he leads Henslow’s growing Canberra office and market presence.
Adam is an internationally experienced executive and corporate advisor. He has led businesses, teams and projects for unlisted, listed and international companies. Adam has previously worked for KPMG, AMP and private investment groups, and works across a breath of transactions in public and private markets. Adam is a senior member of Henslow’s Defence & Security team, advising clients on growth, capital raising and M&A.
Notable recent engagements include:
- Lead adviser to ASX listed company on capital raising, debt for equity swap and debt refinancing
- Lead adviser to ASX listed company for Australian operations asset divestment
- Lead adviser to unlisted Australian business for dual track ECM and M&A process
- Lead adviser to unlisted Australian company for capital raise and shareholder engagement
- Advised on the recapitalisation of a mining explorer with assets in the Philippines
- Advised organisation and related trusts on asset allocation, investments and treasury policy
Adam holds a Master of Applied Finance (Dux), Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies), Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Markets) and is and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Adam lives near Canberra with his wife and young family where they enjoy the good food and wine that the region has to offer.
