• Assisted archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9) with a $20.5m capital raise and advised on the acquisition of Spirion LLC​
• Assisted EQ Resources Limited (ASX:EQR) with a $22.5m capital raise

Lachlan began his career at Bell Potter within the Wealth Management division before transitioning to the Equity Capital Markets team at Henslow. He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Accounting, majoring in Banking and Finance.​
