Madison Kayes

Madison is a senior analyst in the M&A team at Henslow, having joined in early 2023. She has worked across a range of transactions spanning various industries, supporting clients on both sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, as well as assisting with public and private capital raises.​

Madison holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Economics) from Monash University, where she studied under a Monash Business School Scholarship. She also completed an exchange program at Pennsylvania State University and Monash Prato Centre.​

Outside of work, Madison enjoys travelling and has a keen interest in skiing, horse riding and live music.​
