Successful Sale of Deliverit Software to Pemba Capital Partners

Founded in 1992, Deliverit is an all-in-one online ordering and POS system trusted by Aussie restaurants for over 25 years. It combines the point of sale, online and mobile ordering, back of house, and food delivery apps in one clever, easy-to-use system.

Pemba Capital Partners is a leading investor in small and mid-sized private businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Since inception the investment firm has specialised in partnering with the owners and managers of private businesses to help them accelerate growth. Deliverit will join their SaaS-based, POS and online ordering ‘buy & build’ partnership that includes Bepoz, acquired in 2019 & Idealpos, acquired in 2021.
