Henslow advises Strikeforce AMC acquisition of The Blueprint Group

We are pleased to have advised Strikeforce AMC on the acquisition of The Blueprint Group. Strikeforce AMC is the largest privately owned, outsourcing field sales and retail marketing agency in Australia & New Zealand. The Blueprint Group includes brands such as Powerforce, CCS, AusRep and Extravert, further strengthening Strikeforce’s ability to offer agile, data-driven marketing and retail marketing/activation services.
