Nick Caley
Nick holds over 40 years experience across retail, commercial banking and investment banking.
Nick has deep industry knowledge within the insurance sector having spent 12 years as the lead insurance sector analyst at ABN AMRO Australia. Nick also holds particular expertise on small to mid cap companies within financials, tourism and leisure, gaming, healthcare and professional services sectors.
Recent notable transactions include:
- Co-lead manager for the demutualisation and listing of the AMP Group (ASX:AMP)
- Refinancing of Fosters Brewing Group
- Demutualisation of National Mutual to become AXA Australia
Before joining Henslow in 2021, Nick held senior roles at Westpac Bank, ABN AMRO and EL&C Baillieu. During his time at EL&C Baillieu, Nick served as the Head of Research acted as a main Board member of the firm.
During a career sabbatical, Nick was appointed by the Victorian Government to the Board of Greyhound Racing Victoria eventually serving as Chairman.
