Valentin Couleau

Valentin has over 10 years professional experience in investment banking, transaction services and taxation.

Valentin has worked on a range of transactions providing valuation, transaction and M&A advisory services to a variety of industries. He has been responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients at both Henslow and in his previous roles, including some of Australia’s largest private companies.

Recent notable transactions include:

• Advised Glen Cameron Group on its 100% sale to DHL Supply Chain Australia
• Advised The Card Network on its sale to InComm Payments
• Advised Geofabrics Australasia Pty Ltd on its acquisition of a fabrication business

Valentin worked in tax and business advisory services at Deloitte before moving to the M&A corporate advisory team at SW Australia where he became a Manager. He joined Henslow in 2021.

Valentin is a CFA^® charterholder and a qualified Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, Valentin enjoys running, travelling and snowboarding.
